To support our growth, we’re adding a full time, on site Technical Recruiter well versed in the Cyber Security space, with a focus on government contracting.   This position will be responsible for full life-cycle recruiting from sourcing to hire.  


We expect this person will:

●      Control all things recruiting including sourcing, screening, assessing, interviewing, and final hiring.

●      Quickly assimilate in our company culture, becoming a fast advocate, and use innovative sourcing techniques to grow the candidate pipeline.

●      Develop and implement recruiting strategies to find and attract the right candidates.

●      Evaluate and recommend necessary tools in the recruiting process.

●      Develop, report, and analyze recruiting metrics and findings and develop recommendations for process improvement.

●      Work with a sense of purpose and urgency.


You are:

●      Indoctrinated in the tech recruiting world with familiarity in government contracting.

●      Self-starter comfortable with ambiguity and rapid change.

●      Excited to build a recruiting process from the ground up, continuously evaluating and improving.
